It's always nice to go back "home." However, it can be very stressful for me. The boys are out of their element so they don't act as laid back as they do at home. And I can't let Bray roam around too freely because of obvious reasons. But hopefully with time, they will get use to our visits and not act so obnoxious (Connor!).
It's a 5 and 1/2 hour drive (most of the time) and I love seeing the changes from south to north.

Amy, I so enjoy your little "snippits" and pictures !!!! I always feel as if I'm riding right beside you. Well, maybe not. I'd be grabbing anything I could when you took out your camera and started shooting pics at, what....75mph????

Thank you for sharing your road trip. You forgot to mention the boys in the back seat with eyes slanted, faces pulled back and hair standing straight up due to your driving the normally 6 hour drive in 5.5 hours??? Actually, I thought you made it in 5 this time.
