Sometimes I wish I could be a child again, but then I get to do things with my children and it's like the wish comes true temporarily. Saturday we were able to go to Disney's Toy Story on Ice in Nashville thanks to Metlife and Cracker Barrel. They sponsored the show for families from Fort Campbell to attend. It was so neat to see the stands filled with other military families. The show kicked off with country singer Trace Adkins performing the National Anthem (I have a minor crush on the older gentleman, so imagine my surprise).
I have never been to a show on ice (other than a kid hockey game back in the day), so Toy Story was fun and exciting.
Brayden wasn't the most cooperative baby during the show but he had his good moments.
Connor, of course, was thrilled and glued to the ice.
After the show, we had lunch at Panera (Clarksville needs one!) and walked around Broadway street in downtown Nashville. Then we headed over to a going away party, for a doctor Jeremy works with. at another doctor's house/farm. It was a long busy Saturday.
