Red, White, and Yum!

Thought I'd bake something festive for the boys.  And cupcakes seem to be the holiday treat I give them on St Patty's Day and Valentine's Day, so to continue on with the tradition I baked some red velvet cupcakes with vanilla icing and sprinkles.  It made 2 dozen and since our family of four doesn't need all that sugar (and I need to lose some weight), I put the second batch (un-iced and un-sprinkled) in a tupperware for the freezer.  Next time we want some baked goods, I'll just pull them out and ice them.  Genius (haha)
