Camp for a day

So we started off our vacation going to Corbin, KY.  Jeremy's grandparents had been camping at the campground in Levi Jackson State Park the week prior to our visit.  When we arrived it was their last full day there and they had a fish fry.  Connor and Brayden loved being outdoors all day.  And it was nice to spend time with some aunts & uncles and cousins.

We passed this patriotic RV during the start of our road trip...great way to start the drive!

Murals along the side

Is this Mowhawk Man?
After a nice 4 hour drive we arrived at the campsite
Nannie was excited to see the boys

Nannie & Uncle Monty cutting onions

Pappaw Roy (or Ruey as Connor says)

Heather spending time with Brayden

Jer's cousin Jeff & his wife, Heather

Uncle Monty & Aunt Linda

Aunt Joy & her husband, Dan playing Ladderball

Fried dill pickles

Fried green tomatoes
First time I had these and it will probably be my last

Jeremy, Connor, and I took a nature walk while Brayden took a nap.  2 miles in flip flops wasn't such a great idea

At least there were pretty things along the way

Our ending point, the mill.
