Ready for the next season
I have been over summer since it started. This fall will be the first one I will have fully experienced in 5 years (the last one was 2005). Growing up I use to hate fall and for one reason only: raking leaves! I remember my mom would rake leaves every weekend during the entire fall season. And of course she'd put me to work after school in addition to being her leaf assistant on the weekend. It wasn't until I had Connor, being born in October, that I fell in love with autumn. And now with Brayden's birth day in September, it has doubled my favoritism. It's a magical, sentimental time for me.
