- Be a better mother. Be more proactive, patient, sympathetic, loving, fun, teach by example
- Go back to school. I tend to put others first, this year I need to be a little more selfish.
- Focus on family, both immediate and extended. Friends come and go, family is forever.
- Stay physically active. I could say I want to lose weight, which I do, but staying fit is more important...the weight will lose itself in the meantime.
- Eat healthier. Drink more water and incorporate more veggies & fruits, especially family and children's meals.
- Be more cautious with money. Saving would be nice, but spending wisely is more realistic. One will turn into the other.
- Work on the house.
- Need to add more to the inside with furniture, trendy accessories, wall art, textures.
- Paint the interior with an eggshell finish or washable flat. Marks on the walls drive me nuts
- Paint the front door
- Add crown molding to the bedrooms and bathrooms
Install ceiling fans in the kids' roomsPurchase glass/screen doors for frontand rear entrances- Landscape
- This is our 10th year of marriage. Spend more "us" time and enjoy each other.
- Dress trendier. I need to get out of the jeans and shirt slump.
- Don't be so judgemental. Over the years I've learned not to judge someone the first time I meet them.
- Don't hold grudges and get upset easily by others. I am in charge of my own happiness.
- Go on a family vacation. A real one.
- Enjoy my last year as a SAHM to two. In the fall, C will start kindergarten. I need to make this year memorable to both of us.

Fresh Start 2012
A new year, new beginnings. Isn't crazy how a new calender years makes us want to change ourselves for the better? It's just an excuse. If we really wanted to change things, we'd start any day! Oh well, I will be like most Americans and start the new year with some resolutions....
