Work with Whatcha Got

Brayden's room has been feeling so hum-drum.  I'm not going to theme or figure out his room until he gets out of the toddler stage.  In the meantime, his room decor needed some thing.  Working with what I already have out in the garage, I started his collage wall (see inspiration pic in post below).  Remember the custom "art" I made with left over wrapping paper from his first birthday?  Well, I put that up, then put together a custom "Bray" framed piece, and put together some stuff in a shadow box that I haven't used for a while.  All in all, the collage wall has a great start.

Ta Da!

He also had this hand-me down (use to be C's) lion growth chart stuffed animal hanging thing in his room at the old house. However, it didn't have anything in the picture spots and I thought he probably didn't need any more pictures of himself up in his room (I don't want to grow conceited boys, goodness knows there are enough out there in the world). I noticed a book that was falling apart, that I would have probably just thrown away, and realized it's new purpose was to fill those spots.  You probably can't tell by the picture, but they are animals (top is a chicken on a box, then a pig, dog, and cow).
