Week in Review

This week was B's first week of speech therapy.  I don't get to go in the room with him, which feels different for me, but is best for him so that he is allowed to get the one on one he needs.  We haven't had any "homework" yet, however, his therapist said he is doing well in his sessions. The work must wear him out because both days he fell asleep either on the way home or shortly after arriving home.

During B's sessions, C and I work on his activitiy books in the waiting room.  Today he was able to work on beginning sounds and did these with little to no help...

And like most parts of the U.S., it is unbelievably hot here in Tennessee.  We try to get outside still but later in the evening.

Next week starts our summer "vacation".  My mom will be coming for a 5 day visit and we're going to head up to visit family for a short bit before B has his tonsillectomy on the 17th.  It will be our last trip north before C starts kindergarten!
