After 3 semesters off school due to a new baby, an overseas move, and settling into a new area, I'm ready to get back to the books. It seems like I have been out of school forever and I have truly missed it. A new semester is approaching and this evening I registered for a class. I would like to do 2 so that I can finish this degree up this year, but it's difficult to decide on online courses. I really dislike taking classes online; in fact I despise it. I enjoy being in the classroom, getting away from my everyday life at home, interacting with other adults, asking questions, etc. Unfortunately, that isn't an option for me right now. I suppose I could transfer to a local school, but with 7 classes (5 of which are free electives) to go until I complete my associates I'm not sure if it will be worth the hassle. So distance learning is my key to finish up with Chaminade University of Honolulu.
The one class I have registered for thus far is Child Development (psychology). I'm looking forward to this one and to learning why my 3 year old acts the way he does. ;)

That is great that you are still motivated. Just keep it up and before long you'll be finished! That should be an interesting class.
